If you install Kazam from Software Center or repository you will get an older version of Kazam which does not have new features such as YouTube Live streaming, and taking video from webcam. So you need to install Kazam from PPA. Open you Terminal and type command below:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kazam-team/unstable-series
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install kazam python3-cairo python3-xlib
Wait until installation completed! Now you can open Kazam by clicking Start/Menu >> Sound & Video >> Kazam
